Dr. Leonaura Rhodes is a physician turned author, coach, and freelance medical writer and editor. She has worked for Belvoir Media since 2017 and has authored hundreds of articles on health related topics and two Special Health Reports, and now serves as medical editor. In her medical career, Dr. Rhodes worked in hospital medicine, general practice, developmental pediatrics, and public health. She gained her MD (MB ChB) from the University of Manchester and her Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of London. In 2014, she authored the book Beyond Soccer Mom: Strategies for a Fabulous Balanced Life. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
