He prescribed me Flumelt-M. As soon as i take my medicines, i feel better but once i stop using it, my ashtma bounces back. And it is so worse that i could not do my daily chores. I fear going out of my house. I really want to stop using medicine and cure it naturally once and for all. Plz guide me. My anxiety is ruling my life.

Currently I have a cold and it’s effecting my asthma. I’m also starting to get frustrated and a bit scared. I hate these feelings… How can I break the cycle? And do you think my cold is flaring up my asthma too? What are some natural remedies that actually work (for both asthma and anxiety)? Thanks.
